SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NRP1 (neuropilin 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NRP1 qPCR Primer Set – neuropilin 1
Also known as: BDCA4, CD304, NP1, NRP, VEGF165R
About this gene: NRP1 encodes one of two neuropilins, which contain specific protein domains which allow them to participate in multiple different types of signaling pathways that control cell migration. Neuropilins contain a large N-terminal extracellular domain, made up of complement-binding, coagulation factor V/VIII, and meprin domains. These proteins also contains a short membrane-spanning domain and a small cytoplasmic domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8829; HGNC ID: HGNC:8004; UniProt: O14786; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003873.7; Chromosome location: 10p11.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
