About this gene: NRN1 belongs to the neuritin family, and is expressed in postmitotic-differentiating neurons of the developmental nervous system and neuronal structures linked to plasticity in the adult. The expression of NRN1 can be induced by neural activity and neurotrophins. The NRN1 protein contains a consensus cleavage signal found in glycosylphoshatidylinositol-anchored proteins.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
