About this gene: NRL encodes a basic motif-leucine zipper transcription factor of the Maf subfamily. The NRL protein is conserved among vertebrates and is a critical intrinsic regulator of photoceptor development and function. Mutations in NRL have been linked to retinitis pigmentosa and retinal degenerative diseases.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
