SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NRIP3 (nuclear receptor interacting protein 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NRIP3 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor interacting protein 3
Also known as: C11orf14, NY-SAR-105
About this gene: NRIP3 is predicted to enable aspartic-type endopeptidase activity. It is predicted to be involved in proteolysis. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56675; HGNC ID: HGNC:1167; UniProt: Q9NQ35; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020645.3; Chromosome location: 11p15.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
