About this gene: NRF1 encodes a protein that homodimerizes and acts as a transcription factor which activates the expression of some key metabolic genes regulating cellular growth and nuclear genes required for respiration, heme biosynthesis, and mitochondrial DNA transcription and replication. The protein has also been linked to the regulation of neurite outgrowth. Confusion has occurred in bibliographic databases due to the shared symbol of NRF1 for NRF1 and for "nuclear factor-like 1" which has an official symbol of NFE2L1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
