About this gene: NRDC encodes a zinc-dependent endopeptidase that cleaves peptide substrates at the N-terminus of arginine residues in dibasic moieties and belongs to the peptidase M16 family. The NRDC protein interacts with heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor and is involved in cell migration and proliferation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
