SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NR6A1 (nuclear receptor subfamily 6 group A member 1, also called RTR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NR6A1 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor subfamily 6 group A member 1
Also known as: CT150, GCNF, GCNF1, NR61, RTR, hGCNF, hRTR
About this gene: NR6A1 encodes a orphan nuclear receptor which belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family. Its expression pattern suggests that it may be involved in neurogenesis and germ cell development. The protein can homodimerize and bind DNA, but in vivo targets have not been identified.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2649; HGNC ID: HGNC:7985; UniProt: Q15406; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033334.4; Chromosome location: 9q33.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
