SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NR2F2 (nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group F member 2, also called COUP-TF2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NR2F2 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group F member 2
Also known as: ARP-1, ARP1, CHTD4, COUPTF2, COUPTFB, COUPTFII, NF-E3, SRXX5, SVP40, TFCOUP2
About this gene: NR2F2 belongs to the steroid thyroid hormone superfamily of nuclear receptors. The NR2F2 protein is a ligand inducible transcription factor that is involved in the regulation of many different genes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7026; HGNC ID: HGNC:7976; UniProt: P24468; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021005.4; Chromosome location: 15q26.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
