SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NR2F1 (nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group F member 1, also called COUP-TF1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NR2F1 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group F member 1
Also known as: BBOAS, BBSOAS, COUP-TFI, COUPTF1, EAR-3, EAR3, ERBAL3, SVP44, TCFCOUP1, TFCOUP1
About this gene: The NR2F1 protein is a nuclear hormone receptor and transcriptional regulator. The NR2F1 protein acts as a homodimer and binds to 5'-AGGTCA-3' repeats. Defects in NR2F1 are a cause of Bosch-Boonstra optic atrophy syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7025; HGNC ID: HGNC:7975; UniProt: P10589; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005654.6; Chromosome location: 5q15
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
