Human NR2E3 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group E member 3
Also known as: ESCS, ESCS1, PNR, RNR, RP37, rd7
About this gene: The NR2E3 protein is part of a large family of nuclear receptor transcription factors involved in signaling pathways. Nuclear receptors have been shown to regulate pathways involved in embryonic development, as well as in maintenance of proper cell function in adults. Members of this family are characterized by discrete domains that function in DNA and ligand binding.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10002; HGNC ID: HGNC:7974; UniProt: Q9Y5X4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014249.4; Chromosome location: 15q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
