SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NR2E1 (nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group E member 1, also called Tll) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NR2E1 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group E member 1
Also known as: TLL, TLX, XTLL
About this gene: The NR2E1 protein is an orphan receptor involved in retinal development. The NR2E1 protein also regulates adult neural stem cell proliferation and may be involved in control of aggressive behavior.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7101; HGNC ID: HGNC:7973; UniProt: Q9Y466; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003269.5; Chromosome location: 6q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
