About this gene: NR2C1 encodes a nuclear hormone receptor characterized by a highly conserved DNA binding domain, a variable hinge region, and a carboxy-terminal ligand binding domain that is typical for all members of the steroid/thyroid hormone receptor superfamily. The NR2C1 protein also belongs to a large family of ligand-inducible transcription factors that regulate gene expression by binding to specific DNA sequences within promoters of target genes.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
