SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NR1I2 (nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 2, also called SXR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NR1I2 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 2
Also known as: BXR, ONR1, PAR, PAR1, PAR2, PARq, PRR, PXR, SAR, SXR
About this gene: NR1I2 product belongs to the nuclear receptor superfamily, members of which are transcription factors characterized by a ligand-binding domain and a DNA-binding domain. The NR1I2 protein is a transcriptional regulator of the cytochrome P450 gene CYP3A4.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8856; HGNC ID: HGNC:7968; UniProt: O75469; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003889.4; Chromosome location: 3q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
