Human NR1H2 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group H member 2
Also known as: LXR-b, LXRB, NER, NER-I, RIP15, UNR
About this gene: The liver X receptors, LXRA and LXRB, form a subfamily of the nuclear receptor superfamily and are key regulators of macrophage function, controlling transcriptional programs involved in lipid homeostasis and inflammation. The inducible LXRA is highly expressed in liver, adrenal gland, intestine, adipose tissue, macrophages, lung, and kidney, whereas LXRB is ubiquitously expressed. Ligand-activated LXRs form obligate heterodimers with retinoid X receptors and regulate expression of target genes containing LXR response elements.[supplied by OMIM, Jan 2010].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7376; HGNC ID: HGNC:7965; UniProt: P55055; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007121.7; Chromosome location: 19q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
