Human NR0B1 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor subfamily 0 group B member 1
Also known as: AHC, AHCH, AHX, DAX-1, DAX1, DSS, GTD, HHG, NROB1, SRXY2
About this gene: NR0B1 encodes a protein that contains a DNA-binding domain. The NR0B1 protein acts as a dominant-negative regulator of transcription which is mediated by the retinoic acid receptor. The NR0B1 protein also acts as an anti-testis gene by acting antagonistically to Sry.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 190; HGNC ID: HGNC:7960; UniProt: P51843; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000475.5; Chromosome location: Xp21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
