SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NPFF (neuropeptide FF-amide peptide precursor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NPFF qPCR Primer Set – neuropeptide FF-amide peptide precursor
Also known as: FMRFAL
About this gene: NPFF belongs to the FMRFamide related peptide family of neuropeptides. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate multiple amidated peptides. These peptides may play a role in the regulation of heart rate and blood pressure and the modulation of morphine-induced antinociception.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8620; HGNC ID: HGNC:7901; UniProt: O15130; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003717.4; Chromosome location: 12q13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
