About this gene: NPC2 encodes a protein containing a lipid recognition domain. The NPC2 protein may function in regulating the transport of cholesterol through the late endosomal/lysosomal system. Mutations in NPC2 have been linked to Niemann-Pick disease, type C2 and frontal lobe atrophy.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
