SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TAGLN3 (transgelin 3, also called NP22) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TAGLN3 qPCR Primer Set – transgelin 3
Also known as: NP22, NP24, NP25
About this gene: TAGLN3 is predicted to enable actin filament binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in actin filament organization. Predicted to be active in actin cytoskeleton.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29114; HGNC ID: HGNC:29868; UniProt: Q9UI15; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001008272.2; Chromosome location: 3q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
