SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PNP (purine nucleoside phosphorylase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PNP qPCR Primer Set – purine nucleoside phosphorylase
Also known as: NP, PRO1837, PUNP
About this gene: PNP encodes a enzyme which reversibly catalyzes the phosphorolysis of purine nucleosides. The enzyme is trimeric, containing three identical subunits. Mutations which result in nucleoside phosphorylase deficiency result in defective T-cell immunity but can also affect B-cell immunity and antibody responses.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4860; HGNC ID: HGNC:7892; UniProt: P00491; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000270.4; Chromosome location: 14q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
