SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NOX3 (NADPH oxidase 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NOX3 qPCR Primer Set – NADPH oxidase 3
Also known as: GP91-3, MOX-2
About this gene: NOX3 belongs to the NOX family of NADPH oxidases. These enzymes have the capacity to generate superoxide and other reactive oxygen species and transport electrons across the plasma membrane. The ROS generated by family members have been implicated in numerous biological functions including host defense, posttranlational processing of proteins, cellular signaling, regulation of gene expression, and cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 50508; HGNC ID: HGNC:7890; UniProt: Q9HBY0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015718.3; Chromosome location: 6q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
