SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NOTCH3 (notch receptor 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human NOTCH3 qPCR Primer Set – notch receptor 3
Also known as: CADASIL, CADASIL1, CARASIL1, CASIL, FPLD1, IMF2, LMNS
About this gene: NOTCH3 encodes a third discovered human homologue of the Drosophilia melanogaster type I membrane protein notch. In Drosophilia, notch interaction with its cell-bound ligands establishes an intercellular signalling pathway that is central to neural development. Homologues of the notch-ligands have also been identified in human, but precise interactions between these ligands and the human notch homologues remains to be determined.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4854; HGNC ID: HGNC:7883; UniProt: Q9UM47; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000435.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
