About this gene: The NOP58 protein is a core component of box C/D small nucleolar ribonucleoproteins. Some box C/D small nucleolar RNAs, such as U3, U8, and U14, are dependent upon the NOP58 protein for their synthesis. The NOP58 protein is SUMOylated, which is necessary for high affinity binding to snoRNAs.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
