SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NOL6 (nucleolar protein 6, also called Nrap) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NOL6 qPCR Primer Set – nucleolar protein 6
Also known as: NRAP, UTP22, bA311H10.1
About this gene: The nucleolus is a dense subnuclear membraneless organelle that assembles around clusters of rRNA genes and functions in ribosome biogenesis. NOL6 encodes a nucleolar RNA-associated protein that is highly conserved between species. RNase treatment of permeabilized cells indicates that the nucleolar localization is RNA dependent.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 65083; HGNC ID: HGNC:19910; UniProt: Q9H6R4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022917.5; Chromosome location: 9p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
