SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NNT (nicotinamide nucleotide transhydrogenase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NNT qPCR Primer Set – nicotinamide nucleotide transhydrogenase
Also known as: GCCD4
About this gene: NNT encodes a integral protein of the inner mitochondrial membrane. The enzyme couples hydride transfer between NAD and NADP to proton translocation across the inner mitochondrial membrane. Under most physiological conditions, the enzyme uses energy from the mitochondrial proton gradient to produce high concentrations of NADPH. The resulting NADPH is used for biosynthesis and in free radical detoxification.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23530; HGNC ID: HGNC:7863; UniProt: Q13423; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_182977.3; Chromosome location: 5p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
