SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NMUR2 (neuromedin U receptor 2, also called NMU-R2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NMUR2 qPCR Primer Set – neuromedin U receptor 2
Also known as: FM-4, FM4, NMU-R2, NMU2R, TGR-1, TGR1
About this gene: NMUR2 encodes a protein from the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. The NMUR2 protein is a receptor for neuromedin U, which is a neuropeptide that is widely distributed in the gut and central nervous system. This receptor is important for the regulation of food intake and body weight.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56923; HGNC ID: HGNC:16454; UniProt: Q9GZQ4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020167.5; Chromosome location: 5q33.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
