About this gene: NMU belongs to the neuromedin family of neuropeptides. The NMU protein is a precursor that is proteolytically processed to generate a biologically active neuropeptide that is involved in pain, stress, immune-mediated inflammatory diseases and feeding regulation. Increased expression of NMU was observed in renal, pancreatic and lung cancers.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
