SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRPF19 (pre-mRNA processing factor 19, also called hPso4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRPF19 qPCR Primer Set – pre-mRNA processing factor 19
Also known as: NMP200, PRP19, PSO4, SNEV, UBOX4, hPSO4
About this gene: PRPF19 enables identical protein binding activity and ubiquitin-ubiquitin ligase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including DNA damage checkpoint signaling; mRNA splicing, via spliceosome; and protein K63-linked ubiquitination. It acts upstream of or within protein polyubiquitination.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27339; HGNC ID: HGNC:17896; UniProt: Q9UMS4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014502.5; Chromosome location: 11q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
