SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NME4 (NME/NM23 nucleoside diphosphate kinase 4, also called NDK4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NME4 qPCR Primer Set – NME/NM23 nucleoside diphosphate kinase 4
Also known as: NDK, NDK4, NDPK-D, NDPKD, NM23H4, nm23-H4
About this gene: The nucleoside diphosphate kinases are ubiquitous enzymes that catalyze transfer of gamma-phosphates, via a phosphohistidine intermediate, between nucleoside and dioxynucleoside tri- and diphosphates. The enzymes are products of the nm23 gene family, which includes NME4.[supplied by OMIM, May 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4833; HGNC ID: HGNC:7852; UniProt: O00746; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005009.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
