SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NME2 (NME/NM23 nucleoside diphosphate kinase 2, also called NDK2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NME2 qPCR Primer Set – NME/NM23 nucleoside diphosphate kinase 2
Also known as: NDK2, NDKB, NDPK B, NDPK-B, NDPKB, NM23-H2, NM23B, PUF
About this gene: Nucleoside diphosphate kinase exists as a hexamer composed of 'A' and 'B' isoforms. Read-through transcription from the neighboring upstream gene generates naturally-occurring transcripts that encode a fusion protein comprised of sequence sharing identity with each individual gene product.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4831; HGNC ID: HGNC:7850; UniProt: P22392; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002512.4; Chromosome location: 17q21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
