SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NLN (neurolysin, also called MEP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NLN qPCR Primer Set – neurolysin
Also known as: AGTBP, EP24.16, MEP, MOP
About this gene: NLN belongs to the metallopeptidase M3 protein family that cleaves neurotensin at the Pro10-Tyr11 bond, leading to the formation of neurotensin and neurotensin. The NLN protein is likely involved in the termination of the neurotensinergic signal in the central nervous system and in the gastrointestinal tract.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57486; HGNC ID: HGNC:16058; UniProt: Q9BYT8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020726.5; Chromosome location: 5q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
