SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NKTR (natural killer cell triggering receptor, also called PPIase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NKTR qPCR Primer Set – natural killer cell triggering receptor
Also known as: CypNK, p104
About this gene: NKTR encodes a membrane-anchored protein with a hydrophobic amino terminal domain and a cyclophilin-like PPIase domain. The NKTR gene product is present on the surface of natural killer cells and facilitates their binding to targets. Its expression is regulated by IL2 activation of the cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4820; HGNC ID: HGNC:7833; UniProt: P30414; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005385.4; Chromosome location: 3p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
