SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NKAP (NFKB activating protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NKAP qPCR Primer Set – NFKB activating protein
Also known as: MRXSHD
About this gene: NKAP encodes a protein that is involved in the activation of the ubiquitous transcription factor NF-kappaB. This protein is linked to the the histone deacetylase HDAC3 and with the Notch corepressor complex. The NKAP gene product is also required for alphabeta T cell development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79576; HGNC ID: HGNC:29873; UniProt: Q8N5F7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024528.4; Chromosome location: Xq24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
