SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human IL32 (interleukin 32) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human IL32 qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 32
Also known as: IL-32alpha, IL-32beta, IL-32delta, IL-32gamma, NK4, TAIF, TAIFa, TAIFb, TAIFc, TAIFd
About this gene: IL32 belongs to the cytokine family. The protein contains a tyrosine sulfation site, 3 potential N-myristoylation sites, multiple putative phosphorylation sites, and an RGD cell-attachment sequence. Expression of this protein is increased after the activation of T-cells by mitogens or the activation of NK cells by IL-2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9235; HGNC ID: HGNC:16830; UniProt: P24001; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001376923.1; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
