SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PSME3IP1 (proteasome activator subunit 3 interacting protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PSME3IP1 qPCR Primer Set – proteasome activator subunit 3 interacting protein 1
Also known as: C16orf94, CDA018, CDA10, FAM192A, NIP30, PIP30
About this gene: It is involved in negative regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80011; HGNC ID: HGNC:29856; UniProt: Q9GZU8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024946.4; Chromosome location: 16q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
