SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NIN (ninein, also called hNinein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NIN qPCR Primer Set – ninein
Also known as: SCKL7
About this gene: NIN encodes one of the proteins important for centrosomal function. The NIN protein is important for positioning and anchoring the microtubules minus-ends in epithelial cells. Localization of this protein to the centrosome requires three leucine zippers in the central coiled-coil domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51199; HGNC ID: HGNC:14906; UniProt: Q8N4C6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020921.4; Chromosome location: 14q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
