SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NICN1 (nicolin 1, tubulin polyglutamylase complex subunit, also called PGs5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NICN1 qPCR Primer Set – nicolin 1, tubulin polyglutamylase complex subunit
About this gene: The NICN1 protein encoded by NICN1 localizes to the nucleus and is expressed in numerous tissues including brain, testis, liver, and kidney. This refseq contains genomic sequence in its 3' UTR which is not supported by experimental evidence. Computer predictions indicate that this region of the 3' UTR contains hairpin-forming self-complementary sequence which is possibly excised after transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84276; HGNC ID: HGNC:18317; UniProt: Q9BSH3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032316.3; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
