SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NFYC (nuclear transcription factor Y subunit gamma, also called NF-YC) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NFYC qPCR Primer Set – nuclear transcription factor Y subunit gamma
Also known as: CBF-C, CBFC, H1TF2A, HAP5, HSM, NF-YC
About this gene: NFYC encodes one subunit of a trimeric complex forming a highly conserved transcription factor that binds with high specificity to CCAAT motifs in the promoters of a variety of genes. The encoded protein, subunit C, forms a tight dimer with the B subunit, a prerequisite for subunit A association. The resulting trimer binds to DNA with high specificity and affinity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4802; HGNC ID: HGNC:7806; UniProt: Q13952; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014223.5; Chromosome location: 1p34.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
