SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NFYB (nuclear transcription factor Y subunit beta, also called NF-YB) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NFYB qPCR Primer Set – nuclear transcription factor Y subunit beta
Also known as: CBF-A, CBF-B, HAP3, NF-YB
About this gene: The NFYB protein is one subunit of a trimeric complex, forming a highly conserved transcription factor that binds with high specificity to CCAAT motifs in the promoter regions in a variety of genes. NFYB product, subunit B, forms a tight dimer with the C subunit, a prerequisite for subunit A association. The resulting trimer binds to DNA with high specificity and affinity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4801; HGNC ID: HGNC:7805; UniProt: P25208; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006166.4; Chromosome location: 12q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
