About this gene: NFKB2 encodes a subunit of the transcription factor complex nuclear factor-kappa-B. The NFkB complex is expressed in numerous cell types and acts as a central activator of genes involved in inflammation and immune function. The NFKB2 protein can function as both a transcriptional activator or repressor depending on its dimerization partner. The p100 full-length protein is co-translationally processed into a p52 active form.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
