SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NFIX (nuclear factor I X, also called CTF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NFIX qPCR Primer Set – nuclear factor I X
Also known as: CTF, MALNS, MRSHSS, NF-I/X, NF1-X, NF1A, SOTOS2
About this gene: The NFIX protein is a transcription factor that binds the palindromic sequence 5'-TTGGCNNNNNGCCAA-3 in viral and cellular promoters. The NFIX protein can also stimulate adenovirus replication in vitro.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4784; HGNC ID: HGNC:7788; UniProt: Q14938; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001365902.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
