About this gene: The NFIL3 protein is a transcriptional regulator that binds as a homodimer to activating transcription factor sites in many cellular and viral promoters. The NFIL3 protein represses PER1 and PER2 expression and therefore is involved in the regulation of circadian rhythm.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
