SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NFATC4 (nuclear factor of activated T cells 4, also called NF-AT3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NFATC4 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear factor of activated T cells 4
Also known as: NF-AT3, NF-ATC4, NFAT3
About this gene: NFATC4 belongs to the nuclear factor of activated T cells protein family. This complex consists of at least two components: a preexisting cytosolic component that translocates to the nucleus upon T cell receptor stimulation and an inducible nuclear component. NFAT proteins are activated by the calmodulin-dependent phosphatase, calcineurin.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4776; HGNC ID: HGNC:7778; UniProt: Q14934; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004554.5; Chromosome location: 14q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
