SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NFATC2 (nuclear factor of activated T cells 2, also called NF-ATp) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NFATC2 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear factor of activated T cells 2
Also known as: JCOSL, NFAT1, NFATP
About this gene: NFATC2 belongs to the nuclear factor of activated T cells family. The product of NFATC2 is a DNA-binding protein with a REL-homology region and an NFAT-homology region. The NFATC2 protein is present in the cytosol and only translocates to the nucleus upon T cell receptor stimulation, where it becomes a member of the nuclear factors of activated T cells transcription complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4773; HGNC ID: HGNC:7776; UniProt: Q13469; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012340.5; Chromosome location: 20q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
