SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NFATC1 (nuclear factor of activated T cells 1, also called NFATc) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NFATC1 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear factor of activated T cells 1
Also known as: NF-ATC, NF-ATc1.2, NFAT2, NFATc
About this gene: The product of NFATC1 is a component of the nuclear factor of activated T cells DNA-binding transcription complex. This complex consists of at least two components: a preexisting cytosolic component that translocates to the nucleus upon T cell receptor stimulation, and an inducible nuclear component. Proteins belonging to this family of transcription factors play a central role in inducible gene transcription during immune response.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4772; HGNC ID: HGNC:7775; UniProt: O95644; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001278669.2; Chromosome location: 18q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
