About this gene: NF2 encodes a protein that is similar to some members of the ERM family of proteins that link cytoskeletal components with proteins in the cell membrane. The NF2 protein is involved in regulation of contact-dependent inhibition of cell proliferation and functions in cell-cell adhesion and transmembrane signaling. The NF2 protein is reported to interact with cell-surface proteins, proteins involved in cytoskeletal dynamics, and proteins involved in regulating ion transport.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
