About this gene: GET3 represents the human homolog of the bacterial arsA gene, encoding the arsenite-stimulated ATPase component of the arsenite transporter responsible for resistance to arsenicals. The GET3 protein is also a central component of a transmembrane domain recognition complex that is involved in the post-translational delivery of tail-anchored proteins from the cytosol to the endoplasmic reticulum. The GET3 gene product recognizes and selectively binds the TMD of TA proteins in the cytosol, and delivers them to the ER for insertion.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
