SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NSMF (NMDA receptor synaptonuclear signaling and neuronal migration factor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NSMF qPCR Primer Set – NMDA receptor synaptonuclear signaling and neuronal migration factor
Also known as: HH9, NELF
About this gene: The NSMF protein is involved in guidance of olfactory axon projections and migration of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone neurons. Defects in NSMF are a cause of idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26012; HGNC ID: HGNC:29843; UniProt: Q6X4W1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001130969.3; Chromosome location: 9q34.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
