About this gene: The NEK6 protein is a kinase required for progression through the metaphase portion of mitosis. Inhibition of the NEK6 protein can lead to apoptosis. The NEK6 protein also can enhance tumorigenesis by suppressing tumor cell senescence.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
