SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CHMP3 (charged multivesicular body protein 3, also called hVps24) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CHMP3 qPCR Primer Set – charged multivesicular body protein 3
Also known as: CGI-149, NEDF, VPS24
About this gene: CHMP3 encodes a protein that sorts transmembrane proteins into lysosomes/vacuoles via the multivesicular body pathway. Read-through transcription also exists between CHMP3 and the upstream ring finger protein 103 gene.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51652; HGNC ID: HGNC:29865; UniProt: Q9Y3E7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016079.4; Chromosome location: 2p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
