SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CADM3 (cell adhesion molecule 3, also called TSLL1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CADM3 qPCR Primer Set – cell adhesion molecule 3
Also known as: BIgR, CMT2FF, IGSF4B, NECL1, Necl-1, TSLL1, synCAM3
About this gene: The CADM3 protein is a calcium-independent cell-cell adhesion protein that can form homodimers or heterodimers with other nectin proteins. The CADM3 protein has both homophilic and heterophilic cell-cell adhesion activity. CADM3 is reported to be a tumor suppressor gene.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57863; HGNC ID: HGNC:17601; UniProt: Q8N126; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001127173.3; Chromosome location: 1q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
